Overnight Boarding

When you need to be away overnight, our service ensures that your dog is well-cared for in a comfortable home setting. With personalized care and cozy accommodations, we strive to make their stay fun.

VIP Home Boarding (in my home)

For the highest level of individual attention, we ensure that care of your dog(s) is provided exclusively to one household at a time.

This service is ideal for dogs who:

  • Thrive in a calm, low-stimulus environment

  • Prefer not to share space with unfamiliar dogs

  • Need consistent routines and close supervision

  • Benefit from fully dedicated, one-on-one care

It is offered on a limited basis and subject to availability.

  • Full payment for services is required prior to pick-up. Please note that dogs cannot be picked up until full payment has been received.

  • If a booking is extended while your dog is already in my care, additional time will be billed at 1.5× the standard rate.

  • Base Location: Via delle Cascine 35, Firenze

    To keep things fair and transparent, travel fees are based on the distance from my location. This covers e-bike rental, or public transport costs.

  • A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.

    Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

  • Short Overnight (4 nights or less)

    With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

    Long Overnight (4+ nights)

    With 72 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 72 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

  • With less than 72 hours notice, any extensions to the original booking will be charged at a x1.5 rate.

Some dogs require solo care or special accommodations due to reactivity, incompatibility with other dogs, medical needs, or safety concerns. When a booking requires solo care or additional staffing, an additional hourly fee will apply. This fee reflects the added resources required to provide safe, attentive care. Clients will be informed of any applicable fees prior to booking confirmation.

  • Full payment for service is required prior to pick-up. Please note that dogs cannot be released up until payment has been received in its entirety.

We believe that training is an essential part of a dog’s overall well-being. Our training sessions focus on building clear communication, confidence, and good habits through calm, structured guidance.

Walks

Our dog walking service is tailored to meet the exercise needs of your dog. Whether it’s a 30, a 45 or a 60 minute walk. We ensure that your dog gets the physical activity and mental stimulation they require to stay healthy and happy.

  • Cammino Canino operates in most weather conditions; however, the safety and wellbeing of dogs, clients, and walkers is our top priority.

    Walks may be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or canceled in cases of severe weather, including but not limited to extreme heat or cold, thunderstorms, rain, snow, ice, or unsafe conditions.

    When weather impacts service, Cammino Canino will notify clients as promptly as possible and, where appropriate, provide alternative dates. All decisions are made at the discretion of Cammino Canino based on real-time conditions and the individual needs of each dog.

  • WALKS: a non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.

    WALK PACKAGES: pre-payment in full is required before access to the service.

    Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

  • With 48 hours notice: the walk will be rescheduled for another day.

    With less than 48 hours notice: the walk will be counted against the package.

  • Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate

We guide you through each step: from ensuring your dog meets vaccination and microchipping requirements to booking the right appointments and accompanying you.

    The dogs owner is responsible for the reimbursement of all expenses including concierge fees & taxi and all expenses related to the appointment.
