My background is rooted in care. I’ve worked as a nanny and educator across Florence, England, and even Kenya. No matter the setting, one thing stayed constant: the joy and responsibility of caring for someone else’s loved one.

It became clear to me that what I loved most was building trust, understanding individual needs, and creating safe spaces. When in 2023, I entered the pet-care world professionally, I saw how often services were rushed, impersonal, or simply not right for the animals involved. I wanted to offer something better. So I started building it myself.

A Home-Based, Personalized Approach

Cammino Canino is not a traditional kennel or commercial facility. It is an in-home, low-volume service that provides safety, comfort, and structure in a calm environment. Every dog I care for is welcomed into a real home, with their unique needs prioritized from the start.

Before any booking, I personally meet each dog and their human. I ask a lot of questions and take my time because that information helps me offer care that feels right for each individual dog.

Why the Details Matter

Every form, policy, and protocol in my business has been created with intention. I’ve designed the intake process, contracts, the emergency contact system, the medication logs, and the behavior notes because I want to be fully prepared for every situation.

This is not just about routine. It is about trust. When someone leaves their dog with me, they should feel confident knowing I have everything covered.

I keep my group small so I can stay attentive. I believe in regular updates and transparency. You’ll get photos, videos, and messages throughout your dog’s stay, not just for peace of mind but because it matters to know your dog is happy, safe, and understood.
