Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is entered into between Cammino Canino (“the Company”) and the Dog Owner. This Agreement governs the terms under which the Company provides pet care services.

Dog Owner Responsibilities

The Dog Owner agrees to provide accurate and complete information in the intake form and to ensure that their dog is in good health prior to the start of services.

The Dog Owner agrees to provide all necessary food, medications, and detailed instructions for any special care requirements.

The Dog Owner must ensure that the dog has proper identification tags or a collar and must notify the Company of any changes to the dog’s health, behavior, or medical condition. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the refusal or termination of services.

Payment and Fees

The Dog Owner agrees to pay the Company according to the pricing outlined on the the Company website or as stated in quotes/invoices. A deposit is required prior to the start of services, and any remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service period unless otherwise agreed. If a dog is collected later than the agreed pick-up time, additional fees may apply in accordance with the Company’s current pricing structure.

Service Time and Extended Care

Services are scheduled according to the agreed start and end times confirmed at the time of booking.

The Dog Owner agrees to collect their dog at the scheduled pick-up time. If the Dog Owner anticipates being late, they must notify the Company as soon as possible. If a dog is not collected at the agreed pick-up time, extended care fees may apply and will be charged according to the current pricing structure. Extended care will be billed until the dog is collected.

The Company operates on a limited-capacity model in order to ensure high-quality supervision and care, and timely pick-up helps maintain appropriate scheduling and supervision for all dogs in the program.

Cancellations and Schedule Changes

Cancellation notice requirements vary depending on the type and duration of the service booked. For dog walks and daycare services, a minimum of 24–48 hours notice may be required depending on the booking. For overnight boarding, cancellation notice requirements vary depending on the length of the stay.

If cancellation notice is provided within the applicable notice period, the deposit will be converted into a credit valid for a future booking within six months. If cancellation occurs with less than the required notice, the deposit will be forfeited. The Dog Owner acknowledges that they have reviewed the Terms and Conditions published on the company website.

Entire Agreement and Incorporated Documents

This Service Agreement, together with the Intake Form, Liability Waiver, Consent Agreement, Medication Form (if applicable), and the Terms and Conditions published on the company website, constitutes the complete agreement between Cammino Canino and the Dog Owner.

Cammino Canino reserves the right to update its policies and Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the company website.
