Extension to the overnight beyond the original booking dates, the rate provided in the initial quote will no longer be valid and will differ. Extended stays are subject to a rate increase from the time of the extension request. Availability and pricing are not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon extension.

A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.
We are not able to hold dates indefinitely and we reserve the right to confirm other bookings.
Short Overnight (4 nights or less)
With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.
With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.
Long Overnight (4+ nights)
With 72 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.
With less than 72 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate
Weekends & National Holidays: charged at x1.5 rate

WALKS: a non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.
WALK PACKAGES: pre-payment in full is required before access to the service.
We are not able to hold slots indefinitely and we reserve the right to confirm other bookings.
With 48 hours notice: the walk will be rescheduled for another day.
With less than 48 hours notice: the walk will be counted against the package.

The dog owner is responsible for any and all expenses including concierge fees & taxi and all expenses related to the appointment.
