Our overnight care rates are based on a 24-hour period, with pick-up scheduled for the same time as drop-off.

Any additional hours beyond the 24-hour period may be subject to a supplementary charge, at our discretion.

For the highest level of individual attention, we ensure that care of your dog(s) is provided exclusively to one household.

    To keep things fair and transparent, travel fees are based on the distance from my location. This covers e-bike rental, or public transport costs.

      • 8+ km

        (areas outside Florence or requiring multiple transfers)

  • Any extension to the original booking while the dog is already in my care will be charged at a x1.5 rate.

    Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate

  • A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.

    Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

  • SHORT STAY (up to 4 nights)

    With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

    LONG STAY (4+ nights)

    With 72 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 72 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.
