A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.
Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.
With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.
LONG STAY (4+ nights)
With 72 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.
With less than 72 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

Taking place in the clients care we offer a fully personalized in-home care service offering continuous presence, carefully maintained routines, structured walks, and attentive one-to-one support, ensuring your dog remains comfortable, secure, and consistently cared for in their own home.
