VIP Private Care
Some dogs require solo care or special accommodations. When a booking requires solo care an additional fee will apply. This fee reflects the added resources required to provide safe, attentive care. Clients will be informed of any applicable fees prior to booking confirmation.

To keep things fair and transparent, travel fees are based on the distance from my location. This covers e-bike rental, or public transport costs.

Any extension to the original booking while the dog is already in my care will be charged at a x1.5 rate.
Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate

A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.
Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.
With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.
