Who We Are

Daycare is designed as a structured, small-scale environment where each dog is thoughtfully integrated into a calm and well managed daily rhythm. Care is intentionally limited to ensure close supervision, consistent routines, and individual attention throughout the day.

Whether attending for a few hours or a full day, dogs are supported through a balanced combination of movement, rest, and enrichment, tailored to their age, temperament, and energy level. Behavior is continuously observed to guide interactions, prevent overstimulation, and maintain a stable and harmonious setting.

Flexible options from hourly stays to full day care allow you to choose the level of support that best fits your schedule, while ensuring your dog experiences continuity, structure, and a high standard of care at every visit.

Your dog is welcomed into a calm, structured home environment where care is intentionally kept small scale. Hourly daycare is ideal for shorter stays, offering a consistent and attentive setting that supports your dog’s routine without disruption.

VIP Private Care

Some dogs require solo care or special accommodations due to reactivity, incompatibility with other dogs, medical needs, or safety concerns. When a booking requires solo care or additional staffing, an additional hourly fee will apply. This fee reflects the added resources required to provide safe, attentive care. Clients will be informed of any applicable fees prior to booking confirmation.

    • Comfortable indoor rest and balanced daily rhythm

    • Ongoing monitoring and attentive care adjustments

  • Base Location: Via delle Cascine 35, Firenze

    To keep things fair and transparent, travel fees are based on the distance from my location. This covers e-bike rental, or public transport costs.

      • Within 2 km

        (Cascine/Novoli, Porta al Prato/Leopoldo, San Jacopino)

    • Zone 2

      • €3–€6 (each way)

      • 2–5 km

        (Centro Storico, Santo Spirito/San Frediano, San Niccolò/Piazzale Michelangelo, Porta Romana)

    • Zone 3

      • €7–€12 (each way)

      • 6–8 km

        (Coverciano, Isolotto, Careggi, Galluzzo)

    • Zone 4

      • Custom quote

      • 8+ km

        (areas outside Florence or requiring multiple transfers)

  • Any extension to the original booking while the dog is already in my care will be charged at a x1.5 rate.

    Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate

    National Holidays: charged at x1.5 rate

  • A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.

    Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

  • With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.
