Cammino Canino regularly works with international clients who are visiting or relocating to Florence, offering a reliable and seamless standard of care while you are away from home. Clear communication, flexibility, and thoughtful coordination are central to ensuring both you and your dog feel supported throughout your time here.

We offer personalized assistance for owners navigating the process of obtaining an EU Pet Passport. We can guide you through each step: from ensuring your dog meets vaccination and microchipping requirements to booking the right appointments and accompanying you.

  • Base Location: Via delle Cascine 35, Firenze

    To keep things fair and transparent, travel fees are based on the distance from my location. This covers e-bike rental, or public transport costs.

      • Included in rate

      • Within 2 km

        (Cascine/Novoli, Porta al Prato/Leopoldo, San Jacopino)

    • Zone 2

      • €3–€6 (each way)

      • 2–5 km

        (Centro Storico, Santo Spirito/San Frediano, San Niccolò/Piazzale Michelangelo, Porta Romana)

    • Zone 3

      • €7–€12 (each way)

      • 6–8 km

        (Coverciano, Isolotto, Careggi, Galluzzo)

    • Zone 4

      • Custom quote

      • 8+ km

        (areas outside Florence or requiring multiple transfers)

  • Any extension to the original booking while the dog is already in my care will be charged at a x1.5 rate.

    Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate

    National Holidays: charged at x1.5 rate

  • A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.

    Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

  • SHORT STAY (up to 4 nights)

    With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

    LONG STAY (4+ nights)

    With 72 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 72 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.
