Cammino Canino offers a dedicated concierge service to simplify the practical aspects of your dog’s care. This includes the organization and booking of grooming and veterinary appointments, as well as safe and reliable transportation to and from each visit.
Appointments are coordinated with trusted providers and scheduled with attention to your dog’s routine, ensuring a smooth and well-managed experience from start to finish. Transport is handled calmly and securely, with your dog’s comfort and safety as the priority at every stage.
This service is designed to provide continuity and ease, allowing you to rely on a single point of coordination while ensuring your dog receives attentive, well-organized care beyond the home environment.

As a pet care professional with experience handling booking and communication between you and the dog groomer, we provide clear, friendly, and efficient support tailored to your needs.

To keep things fair and transparent, travel fees are based on the distance from my location. This covers e-bike rental, or public transport costs.

Any extension to the original booking while the dog is already in my care will be charged at a x1.5 rate.
Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate
National Holidays: charged at x1.5 rate

A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.
Clients whose primary residence is outside Italy are required to pay the full service amount in advance in order to confirm their booking.

As a general guideline, a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice is required, depending on the groomer’s individual policy.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or last-minute changes may result in fees charged by the grooming provider. These fees remain the responsibility of the client and will be passed on accordingly.
We are not responsible for cancellation policies set by third-party grooming providers.
