Overnights

When you need to be away overnight, our service ensures that your dog is well-cared for in a comfortable home setting. With personalized care and cozy accommodations, we strive to make their stay fun.

Overnight (at client’s home)

  • Full payment for services is required prior to pick-up. Please note that dogs cannot be picked up until full payment has been received.

  • Once the dog is with us, extending the stay beyond the original booking dates will result in a rate increase as of the originally confirmed end date.

    The previous quote cannot be applied to the new dates and a new one will be issued. Availability and pricing are not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon extension.

  • A non-negotiable deposit of 50% of the quote is required to confirm your booking.

    We are not able to hold dates indefinitely and we reserve the right to confirm other bookings.

  • Short Overnight (4 nights or less)

    With 48 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 48 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

    Long Overnight (4+ nights)

    With 72 hours notice: the deposit will be considered a credit that be used within 6 months.

    With less than 72 hours notice: the deposit is forfeited.

  • €5 each way (covers transportation costs)

    • in the following neighbourhoods: Novoli/Cascine, Porta al Prato/Leopoldo

    €9 each way (covers transportation costs)

    • in the following neighbourhoods: Centro Storico, Oltrarno, Michelangelo, Porta Romana

  • With less than 72 hours notice, any extensions to the original booking will be charged at a x1.5 rate.

    Outside business hours: charged at x1.5 rate

    Weekends & National Holidays: charged at x1.5 rate

Dog Walks

Our dog walking service is tailored to meet the exercise needs of your dog. Whether it’s a 30, a 45 or a 60 minute walk. We ensure that your dog gets the physical activity and mental stimulation they require to stay healthy and happy.

  • With 48 hours notice: the walk will be rescheduled for another day.

    With less than 48 hours notice: the walk will be counted against the package.

Our daycare service provides a safe and enjoyable environment for your dog while you are away. We offer a range of activities and walks to keep your pet content throughout the day.

  • The dog owner is responsible for any and all expenses including concierge fees & taxi and all expenses related to the appointment.
