We are proudly located within the Manifattura Tabacchi, originally built in the 1930s, it was once one of Italy’s largest tobacco factories and a symbol of industrial progress. After closing its doors in the early 2000s, there began a remarkable transformation. Today, it has been revitalized into a thriving center for creativity, innovation, and sustainable urban living — home to artists, entrepreneurs, designers, and cultural spaces, while preserving its rich architectural heritage.
Your pup will have full access to a spacious 78 m² (840 ft²) apartment surrounded by green spaces. Just a 10-minute walk from both Cascine and San Donato Park, and with a close by scenic walking paths along the Mugnone River, it’s the perfect setting for dogs to enjoy nature and open air. A fenced dog park is also close by for safe off-leash play date with friends.
Our space offers easy access for local and visiting clients alike, just steps from the city center and well connected by public transportation. We are conveniently located outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), you will have access to street parking or a parking garage with 2 hours free parking.
